Jennifer Lopez`s Favorite Workouts

Jennifer Lopez at age 42 and haven`t had given birth to twins still look phenomenal. How does she keep that great shape?

Apparently her three favorite workouts are Zumba, Triathlon training and playing sports. Zumba is just great for J Lo with her dance skills. After giving birth she trained for a Triathlon which includes swimming, biking and running. It`s rumored that she gets up at 4am each morning, 6 days a week and work out for at least 90 minutes of dance cardio and pilates. That`s dedication!

Don`t you wish you had the body of Jennifer Lopez when you`re 42?
