There is no doubt Jennifer Aniston looks great and even though the years pass, her body looks great and fit. But she is not just genetically blessed, she works hard for her body.
In a recent interview, Rachel from "Friends" (How great was "Friends"?!), told what she does to keep in shape. In case you are curious, here is her secrets:
-She works out almost everyday. So five or six days a week, every week she works out.
-She does different type of exercises like spinning, running, the elliptical for cardio during 40 minutes. Variety is great to keep the results showing
-She also does Pilates and Yoga during the week, that helps with flexibility and stress
-She keeps exercising even when she is away by taking dumbbells and some equipment with her
-She also has a good diet, because without the exercise won`t do much
They all seem very accessible to do and don`t require expensive diets and personal trainers. They seem like good tips, for woman and also for men, and they are seem to be effective because she keeps looking great.
