Jenna`s New Nail Polish Rack! DIY Project

Lately i`ve been really into DIY projects. As of recently on Luuux, i`ve been seeing a ton of posts on how to make a DIY nail polish rack. I`ve wanted one for the longest time but can never find one that I really liked. I had looked into the clear acrylic nail polish rack but I really wanted a white one to match my room. The two main colors of my room are Tiffany & Co. blue and white. I made this nail polish rack with the help from my dad. He went out and brought the wood, and cut it for me. Then we measured out how big I wanted each shelf to be, then stapled in the shelves with a nail gun. After we put it together I wanted to paint over the wood with a glossy white paint. Since the wood was already white, I didn`t have to put multiple layers on the rack. I put about two and let it all dry. Btw- for those wondering, my dad purchased two long strips of wood at Home Depot.

Two nights later (last night) we hung it up on a wall in my bedroom. I had nothing on this wall so I thought this rack would be a fun piece to add something to the plain wall. Last night I put most of my nail polishes in the rack and loved the way it turned out! I think it looks so cute and is a great method of storage and a nice way to display all of your pretty nail polishes. I also took close up pictures of the nail polishes so you can see the ones I started to display. I have more I still have to put in as well! Hopefully it won`t fill up too fast! Haha

Top of rack: OPI, Revlon, & one new polish from the new Spoiled line from Wet n` Wild
First shelf: Full sized Essie nail polishes
Second shelf: Mini Essie nail polishes (Spring Collections)
Third shelf: Random- Avon, Forever 21, Wet n` Wild
Bottom shelf: China Glaze, Sinful Colors, NYC
