This year one of my new years resolutions was to try and eat healthier. I love eating junk food, and obviously its not the best things for you. These are my all time FAVORITE healthy snacks to eat! Their all so yummy and are a better alternative to potato chips, cookies, etc. I hope you all find this helpful!
Tomato, Avocado, Mozzarella, & Red Onion Salad: All you do is mix those ingredients together and add a little bit of olive oil and balsamic dressing- so good and super healthy!
Dannon Oikos Greek Yogurt: I love greek yougurt! Its so good. I switch up the brands I get depending on whatever is on sale, but the one i`ve been eating the most lately is this one. Its strawberry flavored and has fruit on the bottom! So yummy
Stacy`s Pita Chips in Naked: These are the plain naked pita chips with some sea salt on top. Their SO good! I love eating them with Hummus. At Costco and BJ`s you can find little hummus cups for an easy snack.
Sargento Colby-Jack Cheese Sticks: Love these! Their only 60 calories a stick. Their the perfect on the go snack! Their pretty filling and perfect to have with some of the pita chips mentioned above.
Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt: These are also really good. If you don`t like greek yogurt, definitely try these. They have more of a creamy texture. They have 3g of carbs, 0 added sugar, and only 50 calories.
Chobani Greek Yogurt: Another favorite of mine. I switch off between this one and the Dannon one the most. Their both just as yummy! I feel like they taste pretty much the same.
Emerald Dry Roasted Peanuts with Sea Salt: These are so healthy and delicious. They also make them in almonds. I love these because their so yummy and good for you! They are great to make trail mix with as well.
