Jenna`s Easter Breakfast! + Recipes

Happy Easter everyone! This morning my mom and I cooked breakfast for the family. We weren`t sure what to make but decided on an eggs scramble and belgian waffles. My mom went out and brought a waffle maker yesterday so we decided what better time to use it than today?

For the eggs scramble you just need a few things:
-ham steak (cut up)
-green onions
-sliced mushrooms
-red roasted peppers
-garlic salt & pepper

All you do is cut up all the ingredients and put them over high heat in a frying pan. I added a little olive oil to the pan before adding the ingredients. Once everything has almost finished cooking and you`ve added your pepper and garlic salt, you add eggs. My mom and I used 6 eggs. All you do is beat them and then add them on top of all of the ingredients in the frying pan. Once the eggs cook up its ready to eat!

For the Belgian Waffles:
-2 cups of Bisquick mix
-1 1/3 of milk
-2 tbsp. of vegetable oil
-1 egg

Those are all of the ingredients I used to make the waffle batter. I stirred it all up then added it in our waffle maker. In the waffle maker they cooked for about 5 minutes. I added pats of butter to all of the waffles and some syrup. Everything came out so well! Everyone in my family enjoyed our breakfast. I hope you and your families have a fantastic Easter! :)
