When I was in Hong Kong, I ate out a lot because no one really cooks.
One of my favorite places to eat was a Japanese Italian fusion restaurant that served fusion pasta. It was called Waku Sushi and they served an array of Japanese Italian risotto and pasta.
This was one of my favorite ones. It`s a lovely ham and mushroom pasta. The sauce was made with butter and miso paste. The noodles they used were actually ramen noodles rather than spaghetti.
It was actually very good but overly salty due to the miso paste. I prefer fusion foods because it`s a lot lighter than authentic Italian pastas. I can finally eat an entire plate of this by myself =) Usually I can only finish about 1/3 of a plate of Italian pasta.
What do you guys think?
