I went to a Japanese restaurant called "Nakayama," which means "in the mountains." I had a bowl of miso soup and a chawanmushi egg custard as appetizers. The main course was a "Uni Ikura Don," a bowl of rice topped with fresh sea urchin roe, salmon caviar, crushed pickled plum, and shredded nori seaweed. It was delicious! I love both sea urchin and salmon egg! For those of you who haven`t tried sea urchin, you simply must! It is amazing!
