If you`ve never tried this stuff before, you`re missing out completely. You might have seen this stuff at Japanese curry places or ramen places. All it is is finely ground up chili peppers. But there`s something about it that makes it special where you want to dump it in all your foods.
Just add a dash of this stuff and it`ll give your food a wonderful kick. What`s good about it is, its purely chili peppers, no added salts or anything. It is delicious in salads or rice dishes or well, just about anything.
