So, I`m a little weird. I`m not a vegetarian, but I like veggie burgers more than actual meat. I guess I`m just not a huge fan of meat in general. Luckily, veggie burgers are very healthy for you! The other day I picked up these <strong>Morning Star Grillers California Turk`y veggie burgers</strong>, which are soy-based and contain avocados and tomatoes. I am OBSESSED with anything avocado, so these were a no-brainer!
I prepared my burger on a skillet and put it on a wheat bun with some spinach leaves, and spread on some poppyseed dressing instead of the typical condiments. It was DELICIOUS! If you like veggie burgers, you will love this variety, and the poppyseed dressing tasted great with it too.
On the side, I prepared some broccoli with cheddar cheese sauce. It complimented the burger so well!
