Like many other kids in Asia, I learned how to appreciate spicy food at a very young age :) There`s always a side of chopped bird`s eyes chillies (really fiery and hot!) dunked in soy sauce on our dining table and every restaurant/coffeshops that I have been too serves this to their customers too! Like many Malaysians, my dad loves eating his noodles with lots of chillies and garlic and I must have gotten it from him because I absolutely love eating my noodles that way, just minus the garlic! Hehe He always ended up having this stinky breath that drives my mom and I up the wall LOL My Indian Fried Noodles tasted a lot yummier with those chopped jalapenos, YUMMY!
