I`ve started: Walking

So basically I`ve been meaning to start exercising over the summer, mainly because

1. Boredom
2. To get fit and healthy
3. Just because its fun.

I went out tonight and walked at a steady pace for about 40mins, which I think is quite good :D. So I`m going to try and stick to it for the rest of the summer.......hopefully :)
