I`ve decided it`s time for a change. Before I get too old and lazy and the effects are irreversible, I need to start healthy eating!
I`m not 1000lbs or anything, but I guess I could cut out the Crisps and Kit Kats... Many times before I have tried it, but this time I want it to be different, to be the real deal. I just seem to lack motivation... If you have any ideas about what will drive me to the healthier and fitter lifestyle, or what motivated you to change, then please let me know :D I am quite lazy, the only exercise I ever really do is P.E. at school twice a week, and random dancing in the kitchen.
