I l.o.v.e anything Italian. And when I seen this sandwhich.. I must say I had to try it! It wasn`t hard at all. As long as you follow the instructions step-by-step, you will be fine. I think this is a really good Italian sandwhich. It`s definitely good for parties, and what not. For the recipe: its now below of course :)
The way I make it: and how I do the steps:
jar (16 oz.) roasted red peppers,
boneless beef chuck eye roast (2 lb.)
cup Zesty Italian Dressing
cup Grated Parmesan Cheese :)
loaf bread of your choice: bread (24 inch), cut into 8 pieces
DRAIN peppers, reserving 1/4 cup liquid also you need to . Place the meat in a very hot cooker, top with peppers, reserve all the juices as well.
You should cook it for about 6- hours: Then Remove meat from cooker, reserving peppers and 1-1/2 cups liquid in cooker. Discard excess liquid. Shred meat with fingers; then put meat back in pan.. Stir in cheese.
SERVE in bread.
