Hey Guys! So, long time no see, I know! Haha, sorry about that. But I`m finally back! Okay so, I know a lot of women wear heels. It`s a routine whether it`s for an interview, fancy event, or just for your job. But, is it worth it? Turns out, heels are detrimental to our health. It causes damages to our knees, back, and much more! According to Dr. Jacqueline Sutera, a doctor of podiatric medicine and surgery in Manhattan and New Jersey, `that with every step, you`re causing damage.` So what are some alternatives us, shoelovers/heel-lovers, can do? Well, we can stretch or wear wedges! Sure, wedges give us an extra boost in height like heels, but it is better than stilletos because it has a more straight platform!
