Recently I had an interest of jogging and wanted to keep up my jogging, so I downloaded this app called irunner app. This app helps you keep track of your pace in running of how many miles and the time you ran for the day. I`ve been training myself to jog at least 2 - 3 times a week and I`m so glad I`m seeing some results of jogging faster pace within certain minutes. I hope to stick to this routine so it can help me lose some weight. I heard so many motivational stories like how someone weight over 200 something pounds and lost like 100 pounds keeps me inspire that I can do it too. The only problem is that I have a craving for sweets and I hope not to get tempted by it and just mainly focus on my jogging routine as much as I can. I want to look healthy and another inspiration to keep me doing this is to wear nicer clothes.
