International Royal Caribbean - Oasis of the Seas

International Royal Caribbean has the finest ships and the one I traveled on was Oasis of the Seas on May 2012. This ship holds 6000 passengers making it the largest ship in the world next to their other ship called Allure of the Seas. Oasis of the Seas was released in 2009 and Allure of the Seas (same size as Oasis) was in 2011 just last year. This was my first cruise trip and let me say it was AMAZING!. Never in my life have I ever experienced anything like this. The exterior of the ship looks extravagant but the goodness. It`s just breath taking. For goodness sake there is a carousel in the middle of the ship and a live garden!

Things to do on board:

Everyday there were different sales like watches, jewelry, clothing and alcohol.
There is a Coach store located in Central Park.
Build your own stuff animal.
Various gift stores

Rock Climbing on the back of the ship.
A carousel on the Board Walk
Mini golf
Sports pool and a kids pool
Ping pong
A full size basket ball court ( they held a dodge ball game which was pretty exciting to watch and play)
Zip lining on the ship
Skating! (yes they have an ice rink on board)
Vitality Spa
A gym equipped with machines and weights and you can also take yoga and various other classes.

Comedy shows
Broadway show Hairspray
Jazz club
Karaoke (very funny to watch other people sing their hearts out)
Aqua Theatre where we watched diving performaces
Dreamworks experiences
3D movie theatre

There were various places to eat including specialty restaurants like Sushi and fine dining.
But I loved the main dinning area where you have a 3 course meal. Everything was delicious! and you can eat as much as you want. We definitely ate a lot.
And the first Starbucks at sea. And yes it tasted exactly the same.

All the crew members made me feel like as if I was at home. They made our stay so much more enjoyable. During dinner time we asked for the same waiter/waitress and they were so friendly. I loved how they remember your name after the first day they have met you!

We sailed through East Caribbean. The islands we visited was Nassau Bahamas, St. Maarten, and St. Thomas

Comment below if you want to know about the islands and see pictures and also details about our excursions.
