My mom bought this from Costco and it`s the first time I`ve tried instant udon.
Take out everything from the bowl,
Open the package of udon and put in the bowl,
Pour hot water in til the noodles are covered,
Close the lid and wait for 2 mins,
Then pour out all that water,
Put in the bag of soy sauce(?) and bag of dried veggies and stuff,
Add hot water up to the line inside the bowl,
Cover with the lid,
Wait 1 min, and it`s ready to eat!
The first time I made this, I got bloated. I checked the nutrition facts and sure enough, it has a lot of sodium! 52% of the daily value, to be exact. Now I just put in about half of the sauce.
