Instant Noodles Lunch

Yesterday I had my favourite Nongshim Korean Clay Pot instant noodles for lunch. I realize I`ve posted about this many times, but it`s really delicious. This time it`s well prepared with other ingredients. I cooked the noodles for 2 - 3 minutes on high heat then rinsed in cold water to stop the cooking process. I drained the warm water, added hot water and soup base, and brought the pot back on to the stove on high heat. I quickly cracked in an egg and cooked for a few seconds so the egg is not completely raw while keeping the yolk. Lastly added the chopped green onion and turned off the heat.
