The other day I had Nongshim Korean Clay Pot instant noodles for lunch. This is my favourite kind. Normally I would just eat the noodles as is, but recently I`ve been adding green onions, and sometimes an egg, for some extra flavour. After the noodles are cooked I would rinse in cold water to stop the cooking process. If I were to add an egg I would`ve done so when the noodles were almost cooked. Most of the egg yolk will still be there, which is how I like it because I would burst open the egg and mix it into the soup base, or save it for the end to eat after the noodles. This time the noodles were not as well prepared. Either I didn`t add enough water or I cooked the noodles too long.
