Hey so my boyfriend decided to get me this new Insanity workout DVD set for Valentines day (way to call me fat in a nice way, right?) But anyways, I ended up doing the first 5 minutes and then ended up sitting down. They claim that you can get fit in 60 days and lose a lot of weight. The thing that I don`t get is that everyone on the DVDs are already in shape so how are people not in shape supposed to do this? Has anyone tried this or know anyone who has? I would love to hear real life reviews. Thanks :)
