So i have recently picked back up on my exersize routine with the infamous...Insanity; which, ladies and gentlemen, is appropriately named. And, yep its still kills me. I started it once before and I did finish the 60 day program. The system is interval based and predominately consists of cardio ( a lot of cardio) and polymetric routine. It definitely builds muscle which is good for those trying to burn calories or gain definition. However, if your looking to reallly crack down on your weight, you definitely need good diet to supplement this workout program. I like one of he hardest at-home programs I`ve treid. Whatdo you think if you` ve done it? Any other interesting programs that you` d suggest?
