If you`re a big fan of chocolate and wanna improve the normal recipe for chocolate brownie, do as we did: buy some chocolate (not syrup) that easily melt and put it in the microwave. When it`s liquid, recover your brownie and put it in the fridge, so the chocolate cover takes consistence.
When you cut it, it will be a hard layer that will crunch :D
Just try it, you`ll probably love it!
