Ice-cream profiteroles with choc sauce

This was my breakfast today.
Absolutely delicious, I`ll show you how to do.

50g unsalted butter, chopped
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup plain flour
2 eggs
1 tblsp milk

8 scoops vanilla ice-cream

200g Dark Choc Melts, chopped
1 cup thickened cream

1 Place butter and water in a saucepan. Stir over a medium heat until butter is melted. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add flour all at once. Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until combined.
2 Return pan to a low heat. Stir until mixture forms a smooth ball of dough.
3 Transfer hot dough to small bowl of an electric mixer. With mixer operating, beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth.
4 Drop heaped tablespoons of mixture onto an oven tray lined with baking paper to make eight profiteroles. Smooth over any bumps with a finger dipped in milk.
5 Cook in a very hot oven (240C) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. Remove. Make a small cut in the side of each one to release steam. Cool on a tray for 5 minutes. Using kitchen scissors, cut in half. Carefully remove and discard any soft dough from inside.
6 Return profiteroles to the same oven. Cook for a further 5 minutes, or until crisp and dry. Cool on tray.
7 To make chocolate sauce, melt chocolate and cream in a small saucepan over a low heat until smooth.
8 Fill profiteroles with scoops of ice-cream. Drizzle with warm chocolate sauce.

Profiteroles can be filled with any flavoured ice-cream you like and can be made a week in advance.
