I Saw The Blue Man Group

Last week I took my best friend Connie out to see The Blue Man Group as a belated birthday present at the Jubilee Auditorium. It was my first time seeing them and also Connie`s first time seeing them. We had only seen them on commercials and on commercials on tv for their upcoming show in our city so we expected a lot of drumming, but on top of that they were quite the comedians and more entertaining that I expected. They had chosen a woman to go onto stage in a skit with them where they were eating something that look kind of like cake and feeding each other. You had to be there to get it and see how funny it was lol. They also took a guy from the audience and covered him up and covered him in paint and threw "him" against a canvas and made a painting. I used "him" in quotations as it probably was one of The Blue Man Group`s employees thrown agains it who had the same build. There was a lot of drumming and good entertainment though. I wouldn`t recommend sitting too close to the front centre as they pelted a big giant jello mold out and some people who did not have rain coats got hit. Don`t be late to their show either because they will put you up on the front screen and come towards you saying "You`re late!" "You`re late!" Lol. It was a good hour and 45 minutes and there was no intermission so you better watch your fluid consumption. The finale was really interactive getting people to shake their booty and also they threw giant balls which lighted up and changed colours out to the crows to throw around and a bunch of streamers as well which was super fun. I`d recommend seeing them if you got the chance. The bummer is you can`t take pictures :( So all I have is my tickets and the program somewhere at home for memories.

Have you seen The Blue Man Group before?
Do you want to go see them?
