Not sure what happened to my first post, so here we go again!
I received my first LUUUX order today! I`m so excited. I received an e-mail from Ana with the tracking information, so I had been tracking it and saw it was slated to be delivered by the 31st as it was shipping from Oklahoma.
I had gone to an appointment I had scheduled, was planning on making muffins when my dad stopped by to visit, so I got talking to him for a while - then my bell rang. And it clicked! MY BOOTS! I ran to the door so quickly, I think if I had matches on my feet I`d have set the house on fire LOL! The UPS man had just put the box on my porch and I snatched it up and ran into the house, opened the box like jack flash.
Meanwhile my dad is sitting there, staring at me like I had straight up lost my mind. I read the enclosed letter (from Metro Shoe Warehouse) which showed the order was placed through Amazon, but Amazon had it placed and shipped from Metro Shoe Warehouse in Oklahoma. I looked up Metro Shoe on the Uggs website and they are a legit retailer, so I can tell you with 100% certainty my Uggs are real and are legit!
I e-mailed Ana (who is SUPER nice btw) and requested a special order since I wanted the short Uggs instead of the tall. She put a special notation on my order so when it was to be processed it was known.
Here`s my order details:
01/07/2012 - Order created.
01/20/2012 Processing -
01/24/2012 Completed -
01/31/12 - Received!
Since this was my first order and I had read around I knew to expect about 3-4 weeks, so I was stoked when I got an e-mail from Ana asking what size and color I wanted. I decided to go with the black since I have a pair of chestnut boots which are faux Uggs and I found no reason to have two similar type boots in the same shade. Plus I`ve always wanted black Uggs!
Also - I want to thank all of you! Thank you for reading and commenting on my blog postings, my reviews, my food, beauty, entertainment, fashion and design posts. You guys are awesome!
Last but not least, thank you LUUUX!
