I feel AWESOME! I have been training for a little while, and finally I was able to run 5K (3.1 miles) without stopping! I previously was not a great runner because I was physically fit enough, but didn`t have the mental willpower to keep going when I felt tired! It seems like I`ve finally figured out "mind over matter" and was able to push through! When I made it to the end of my course I was SO HAPPY! I feel like I`ve reached a great milestone. I`m also excited because now I can participate in an official 5K race with my boyfriend! Woohoo!
Part of my success was probably due to the awesome workout playlist that I made last night! I wanted to start dancing in the middle of running! Keep on the lookout, I will post my workout playlist sometime soon! :)
