I Only Wear Black T-Shirts

As the title of this article suggests, I only wear black http://www.asos.com/Men/T-Shirts-Vests/Cat/pgecategory.aspx?cid=7616. This isn`t because I`m a Goth or anything, I`ve moved on from those cold and lonesome days. Now my love of black t-shirts is because of my body: I`m not fat, I`m not slim: I`m just odd shaped. I don`t want to say that being odd shaped is a bad thing, but being a stand-up comedian means I spend a lot of time on stage, and wearing a black t-shirt makes me feel better about my oddness. In fact, I start to feel awesome knowing I`m a little odd. I also like the fact that black goes with anything. No one ever looks at me and says: Dudeway too many colours! What are you doing!? Black is an understatement. Unlike people who wear extremely vibrant colours, I don`t look like I have anything to prove. As cheesy as it sounds,

I let my personality shine through
. Black t-shirts also last a lot longer than any other t-shirt because sweat stains are far less visible on black t-shirts. This has appealed to me since the days of being a starving Art School student and that ethos has stayed with me ever since. Most of my t-shirt collection is band t-shirts anyway, and they always look pretty cool when they start to get a little old. Not too old mind: as soon as there are holes appearing I know Ive taken it too far. As well as a love of black t-shirts, I also have a love of corduroy, and will wear nothing else. Luckily beige Cords look awe-some with a black t-shirt. Where am I going with this? I think I need more black t-shirts.
