I was watching the finale of the Biggest Loser and that show is so MOTIVATIONAL. And reading Stephanie H`s post. Very inspirational. You don`t lose weight overnight and it does take time and dedication.
I recently signed up for a Groupon deal that gave me a 1 month membership to a YMCA gym. But that same time that I had to sign up I started having serious back pain so haven`t used the gym yet. I hope to be able to start this weekend. This month is a great time as next month is my Corporate Challenge race.
I don`t have a goal of losing X amount of pounds. I just want to trim down a little first and build up some cardio for the race.
