i know a lot of people have weight problems from not enough to too much .... my problem is i dont like the way i am right now ..im not fit almost turning 17 and i need to change my ways i have been putting off losing weight for a long time(and seem to be gaining more as i wait).....but this time im doing it . but when i tell my self that i make up excuses in the back of my head.... and i break promises to myself... so i need your help :) i would love it if someone from the outside kept me on track help me in my journey and i will try to keep them on track in return !! if you are interested msg me! thank you *picture is not mine* i wish it was tho :P
