Crème brulee is one of my favorite desserts and one that on Wednesday I was really craving to eat. So, since I did it one time and turned out good, I decided to try and make it again since its probably one of the few desserts I can make lol
So grabbed the recipe to make sure I wouldnt skip any steps while making it. Its a very simple recipe to follow ( well, at least for our version of crème brulee) and it turned out great, not as good as the other time and I should have used more lemon peels in the milk but it was still very good.
After they cool down, I just spread some sugar on it, grabbed the burner for crème brulee and burned the top to make the crust.
It super easy, quick ( if you dont count the cool down period) and great to have.
