Hmmm anyone anything like me, just to relax about and just sit, turn off the light and lit up your candles. Well I just love sometime to myself and just close my eyes and meditate. This relaxes my brain and just calmes the brain down, ehis is both good for you and fun. The picture above is not at night as you can see it was day time and I couldn`t. This exercise is only particularly for night time (not suitable for day time)
