Recipe for pizza
Water: 600 ml
Flour: 1 kg
Brewer`s yeast: 50 gr
Oil: 6 tbsp.
The flour in a container. In a bowl, melt the yeast in warm water and stir. Pour the mixture into the flour. Add salt, oil and water again and started to knead slowly adding more water. The dough should be soft and smooth. Let it rest to leaven the dough, you can cover the bowl with a cloth and store in a warm place. After about 2 hours you can start to stretch the pizza and then add the ingredients of your choice.
The classic pizza is made with tomato, mozzarella, olive oil and basil! Let it cook in the oven and then ... bon appetit!
