For 2 months now Ive been watching my weight so I could lose some well a lot! I started May 4th my goal was to be down 15lbs by my birthday July 4th. Wednesday morning I was more than ecstatic to way in as I knew before that I had already reached my goal it was just a question of how much I surpassd it by. The scale said I lost an extra albs I lost 19lbs by my birthday I feel great Im almost to my first phase goal of 25lbs so my goal is to be down 25lbs all together by august 4th which I feel is very achievable. I was so happy I went to the doctors today for unrelated stuff and my doctor noticed my weight from the last time he said holy cow you lost 20lbs how awesome that made me smile and keeps me motivated to show how far I can push this weight loss to.
