Hi dolls! I`ve always had a large behind and whereas some women wish to hide theirs I have always been proud of my assets. I`ve lifted weights for as long as I can remeber, it`s my prefered method of keeping fit and l recently decided to look into excercises more focused on that area. I`ve always been a master of the squat but recently discovered a new kind of squat the `sumo squat`. It is amazing, it firmed my rear up, up and up on the first try and (I`m happy to say) has made my butt bigger (not that I needed it lol) and I love it! People think I`ve had implants, it is out of control! Needless to say my man is happy too. I would definetly reccomend these squats to any women, even if you don`t want a bigger behind, these squats certainly get you a better behind! Currently I am doing 50 reps a day, but depending on your strength and fitness level, I would ask for advice at your local gym, to see which weights suit you, how many reps you should start with and most importantly how to do a sumo squat!
