Well, I start with my story.
I have 16 years, I measure 1,60 m and I have always had a tendency to gain weight badly. Last year I decided I was tired of being the fat of the family so I went to the dietician, after a lot of diets, my dietitian recommended me YSONUT protein diet. That meant giving up all the foods that I liked and learn to eat properly. I said yes, as long as it was prepared to never get fat again. First I had to do a blood test to see if my health was good. I started when I weighed 83kg/182lbs. Now I`m finishing it and I weight 68kg/149lbs. When finished I will weigh 60kg/132kg. I think it`s the best diet in the world because you can lose a lot of weight in months and gradually learn to eat and not get fat again.
I will make another post explaining the phases of the diet and how much weight I lost in each :)
