About a month ago, I decided that it was my time to loosee some weight. I know alot of people say they are over weight when in fact they are like a twig but I was and still am (but getting better) over weight. I am short aswell which doesn`t help things. It got to the point where I was eating chocolate all th time and drinking fizy drinks and fatty foods so I am still not exercising yet, want to get fully familiar into my diet, but I am eatting alot more better. i have asked my mum to buy be the weight watchers branded food and low fat foods and also I haven`t had chocolate everyday. I have cut out chocolate completely because every girl has to have a little. I dont have it everyday, its more like once a week. I have been drinking only water, fruit and plain bottled water. I am really proud of myself.
