I can`t tell you how many times I`ve started a diet with too tough guidelines that I imposed on myself, just far too restricting that I just couldn`t keep up. I`d say, ahh, forget it and lose all will power to return to. From no sweets, raw foods, to whatever else. I do realize that there are many of you out there who are overacheiving- ly able. I am not one of you. For those of you that are like me, we have to stick to the slowly-but-surely method. Take it slow, eliminate crap food from your diet, slowly increase our water intake so we dont feel like we are missing anything. How do adjust to the task of becoming healthy?
