I haven`t seen the movie, but want to and heard it is really good. This movie is so popular, that a new workout has been based off of the movie. It is called "Train Like a Tribute" and was started by Eric Salvador, a NY trainer and former marine. Classes will be offered in NY, Philadelphia, Boston and Washington D.C. The exercises will simulate archery, tree climbing, speed work and strength. Some competition between the group will also be included. I think this sounds like a fun and different workout.
Would you try this workout or do you like the more traditional?
