Hi everyone!! So over the summer i gained some weight and I have been trying to get rid of it. But it has been really hard. One week I am like really motivated and working out and eating right , then the next week I`m like I am so fat I am never going to get this weight off.
So I figured if I have people following me and encouraging me throughout the journey it will help me stay motivated. I really want to do this and if this really helps me stay on track then I will do it.
So what do you guys think?? Would you follow my blog if I do it. It will include weekly updates with weigh ins, my workout schedule, what I have been eating, and how I feel through it all.
