How To: Pumpkin Bars

Hi guys! It`s fall, so I`m so excited to share with you guys some of my favorite fall treats and recipes. Yesterday, I made some delicious pumpkin bars, and I decided to share the recipe with you guys.

-4 Eggs
- 1 2/3 cups of sugar
-1 cup of vegetable oil
-1 can of Libby`s pumpkin puree (15 ounces)
-2 cups of all purpose flour
-2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
-2 tsps of baking powder
-1 tsp of baking soda
-1 tsp of salt

ICING: I purchased Betty Crocker Cream Cheese frosting, its a lot faster and just as good (in my opinion)

(**Note: I cut the recipe in half when I made it in the picture**)

**Preheat oven to 350 degrees F**
1. Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, sift the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
4. Pour into an ungreased baking pan
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes

Let it cool and spread on the cream cheese icing!

There you go! This recipe makes 2 dozen, but you can always cut the recipe in half.
