This was my "dinner" last night. And you can totally tell I really messed up the recipe! This was meant to be a korean dish but it ended up being mushy, spicy, gross stuff.
The first tip is read and look thorough the steps of your recipe many times.
The second step is to make sure you have precise measurements and ingredients. Don`t do too mush alternations with the recipe.
The third step, if you don`t know what you`re doing, save your time and make something you are confident with.
A dish doesn`t become perfect over night so practice improving a dish and one day, you`ll be able to achieve the best taste. Image is mine!
