How-To: Not get so tired when running


I have been running alot lately, but I have a few tricks that I want to share with you that help you so you don`t run out of breath so fast!

1. Breath in through your nose, and out with your mouth

2. Build stamina by running often

3. Run on the balls of your feet, not your toes

4. The most important - Don`t give up and stop.

Tell me below if these tips helped, because whenever I run, I try to follow these 4 basic rules, and I have noticed that they do help alot with not getting so tired so quickly!
