This is the recipe of the special spicy sauce used in those spicy rolls like; Spicy Tuna, Spicy Crab, and volcano or lava roll. All you need are two ingredients: Sriracha & Mayonnaise. Thats it!
Sriracha is a hot sauce thats popular in Asia. You see them in a lot of Asian restaurants and supermarkets. It has a bunch of white writing on the bottle in a bunch of Asian languages and has a green twisty cap. You can get it for 3 dollars depending on where you go. And you mix that with an equal amount of mayonnaise. Now I`ve tried it with Hellman`s mayo but it tastes like crap together. You have to use Japanese mayonnaise like Kewpie which is more of a runny/watery consistency. I think thats like around 5 dollars. And there you have it. Mix all that together and you can put it in your sushi roll.
