Hello my friends! Today my Nutella pot finished (and i cant find it on my city :()
So i decided to make homemade Nutella! This is the recipe!
Makes about 6 ounces
1 cup toasted hazelnuts, peeled
1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
4 tablespoons canola oil
Place the hazelnuts in your food processor and blend continuously until they turn into a smooth butter, about 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and continue blending until smooth and creamy. If stored in the refrigerator, the nutella is good 2 weeks!
Its just amazing! Its fresh and not like the ones in the jar for months!
