How to make an amazingly quick healthy meal (salad)

Dear readers,

Today I wanted to share with you how I make one of my most favourite lunch meals. (Or dinner).
It is a cold salad type meal, with all ingredients balanced and fresh.
So, lets start:
First what you have to do is get a small salmon(trout) piece (size of a deck of cards), place it in the oven in the tray and sprinkle some herbs on it. While salmon is in the oven(bake it for 10 minutes, oven mark 6, about 185C), we prepare the base:
wash 2 handfuls of fresh spinach leaves, place them in a bowl, make sure you soak off the water.
Then add 4 cherry tomatoes, cut in halfs and one half of avocado, cut in cubes.
Add 1,5 table spoons of apple vinegar (pour over your vegetables) and sprinkle some tasty herbs and a pinch of salt.
Mix it all together very well, and put from the bowl onto the flat plate.
Now you can take out your fish from the oven, put it in the middle of the salad on the plate, and take the oil from the baking tray and pour over the salad.

Ready to eat? :)
Its an amazing meal to have on a working day or on a nice summer afternoon to make you think of Mediterranean lunch. Yumm!
