I have some VERY important tips on how YOU can lose weight!
- Eat healthy. Don`t expect to lose weight by eating junk food all the time. For breakfast, eat an apple and maybe drink some milk. Lunch, eat a hot lunch. Make sure to include some meat. Like maybe a hot ham and cheese sandwich? And for dinner, eat whatever you`d like!
- Exercise daily. Maybe you could walk your dog more instead of letting your mom do it all! And jog. Use a treadmill if you have one!
