I found today a video at youtube that teaches us how to lose the belly fat in just one week, it seems pretty easy, and does not take too much effort. So I`ll start trying it tomorrow or something, because today is my rest day xD So I`m going to take a picture of my belly before and 1 week after and we`ll show it to you. But I believe in this exercise because it combines different parts of the body at the same time and looks promising.
