hi every one i hope your doing fine today!!
i want to share with you a diet that you can loose weight. my sister try it and it works 100% she lost 20pound during 30 days
the diet is:
one fresh orange juice with one apple
salad with tomato and cucumber with olive oil and cider vinegar with chicken
rice with tomato sauce and salad
i got to mention that she practice sport 1 hour a day 5 times a week
and when she feels hungry she eat fruit like apple or banana or grapes
