I`m in the process of exercising and getting ready for summer. It`s only three months away! To get through this brutal training routine, remember that it takes eating well and working out to achieve your goals. Any results will take 4 weeks for you to notice, 8 weeks for your family and friends, and 12 weeks for everyone else to notice.
It takes 21 days for a habit to form, so keep pushing through in those early weeks! I like to check out bodyrock.tv for short intense workouts, use weights, and cardio. I`m still working on my eating habits because I LOVE junk food.
