Today I`ll give some tips, to have perfect abs. I`m starting to have pretty abs, due to the following instructions:
1- You need to have a proper cardiovascular work (at least 40min per day, you can rest 2 days maximum)
2- Begin by changing your diet, it`s really important to do it!
3- Create a proper ab routine
4- Change your ab workout every six weeks because your body adjusts to workouts, and the efficiency will be much lower
